– 4 unpeeled lemons
– 4 large garlic bulbs
– 4 cm/1.5 inches long ginger root

Preparation:
First, wash the lemons and cut them into slices. After that, clean the garlic cloves and peel the ginger root.

Put all the ingredients together in a blender and mix until you get a homogeneous content.
